The service was amazing and the food was outstanding. The breakfast was varied and large with lots of food, everybody can choose. Location: the hotel was very close to a taxi as well as real old Medina.

I had a deluxe king room and it was beautiful. The bathroom was nice and it had hair dryers, a bidet, and bathrobes for my convenience.

The building is superb, the rooms are peaceful and spotless, including a nice touch of a refrigerator and glassware; the restaurant is fantastic, and it's in a great location near other excellent dining options.

Amazing Staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. One evening, I was looking for a nearby restaurant and the receptionist gave me detailed directions that were better than any GPS. It felt like having a personal guide!

Spent my Xmas at this extraordinary palace and it was an amazing experience! the quality standards were top-notch, from the decor to the service. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially the exquisite wood carvings that adorned the walls and ceilings. the location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, yet away from the tourist parts. the view from the terrace was breathtaking!

Although the food was of great quality, the prices were steep and not very clear. the lack of natural light in the room was a minor discomfort, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it.
